The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) is a cooperative agreement partner of National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC).

Program Description:
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) final rules for meaningful use (MU) stage 2 include specific requirements for providers to share summary of care records during transitions of care, and for certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) technology to make this possible. Join us for a webinar that will explore options for how Health Information Service Providers (HISPs), Health Information Organizations (HIOs) and others can support providers in meeting MU stage 2 transitions of care criteria, plus a discussion of requirements for eligible professional and hospital use of certified EHR technology to achieve MU stage 2 transitions of care measures.
